Mission and Objectives

The primary aim of the Caucasus Universities Association (CUA) is to establish a vision for the future, informed by the shared heritage of the stakeholder countries within the Caucasus region, and to conduct joint scientific studies in areas such as language, culture, arts, history, economy, and education through the universities in these countries. Stemming from this purpose, the following objectives have been identified:

Creating intercultural dialogue, taking into consideration the geopolitical importance of the region.

Organizing joint scientific knowledge feasts and seminars.

Arranging joint cultural, artistic, and sports events.

Implementing a faculty exchange program for a period (Mevlana Exchange Program).

Implementing a student exchange program for a period (Mevlana Exchange Program).

Translating mutual scientific and literary works.

Compiling and publishing endangered folk culture, language, and ethnographic products through joint projects.

Conducting mutual accreditation studies.

Initiating joint diploma programs.

Establishing language schools.

Conducting research on the material and spiritual riches of the region.

Organizing international symposiums.
